Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Northerly Labs Ltd. ("we"), which runs Spill My Chat.
The service
You upload a chat; we compute statistics and, if you choose, write an AI-generated report about it. Reports are written by AI from your messages. They can be wrong, and they're entertainment and reflection, not professional, medical, psychological or legal advice.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and able to make a binding agreement.
Your content
You're responsible for what you upload. Only upload chats you're part of and have the right to share with us.
You keep ownership of your chat. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Don't upload chats involving sexual content with anyone under 18, or use the service to harass, threaten or expose anyone. We may refuse to write a report and remove content that breaks these terms.
Payments
Reports are one-time purchases, not a subscription. Prices are shown before you pay and charged in the currency shown.

Sharing
Anyone with a report's link can read it. Share it only with people you trust.
Availability and changes
We may change or stop parts of the service. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [province], Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
